This document establishes the information regarding the online account and distance contracts concluded on the website www.loqua.marketing.pt (hereinafter referred to as the loqua.marketing Website), including all its subdomains, as referenced in Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14 (as amended), whether in the context of purchasing goods and services without account creation or within the scope of an account opened on the loqua.marketing Website.

loqua.marketing provides a Customer Support Service, through which the Customer may, at any time, contact loqua.marketing for clarifications, suggestions, or complaints via email: info@loqua.marketing or the Customer Support line: +351 934 252 064, available from 10 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 7 PM on weekdays (national mobile call rates apply).

The purchase of any product on the loqua.marketing Website (and its subdomains) and the creation of an account imply acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


Terms of Use for the loqua.marketing Website

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

Changes to the Website and Terms

loqua.marketing reserves the right to modify the website’s content, services, and these Terms at any time without prior notice, except for rights acquired under existing contracts. Users who disagree with changes may cease using the site.

All content on the loqua.marketing Website (logos, text, images, videos, etc.) is owned or licensed by loqua.marketing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Product and Pricing Information

  • Product descriptions are based on supplier-provided technical details. Images may not exactly match the product.
  • Prices include all taxes and fees. Errors in pricing due to technical issues may result in order cancellation.
  • Online prices and promotions may differ from physical stores unless explicitly stated.

Account Creation

  • Guest checkout is available, requiring only essential order details.

Payment Methods

Available options:

  • Bank Transfer (IBAN provided after order confirmation; payment must be made within 48 hours).

Product Availability

  • Products are subject to stock availability.
  • In case of post-payment stock shortages, customers will be notified for rescheduling or refund within 14 days.

Purchase Limitations

Delivery Costs

Taxes

  • Delivery is available in mainland Portugal and islands.
  • In-store pickup must occur within 15 days of notification (extendable to 90 days before abandonment).
  • Deliveries occur on business days only (excluding weekends/holidays).

Order Cancellation

Warranty

Products are covered under legal warranty:

  • 3 years for new/reconditioned items.
  • 18 months for used goods (unless stated otherwise).

Right of Rejection

For non-conforming goods, customers may request replacement or contract termination within 30 days of delivery.

Right of Free Contract Termination (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • Customers may return orders within 14 days of receipt without justification.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of return validation.
  • Exclusions: Personalized items, perishables, sealed hygiene products, digital content (if used).

Liability

loqua.marketing is not liable for damages due to viruses, network issues, or supplier-provided information errors.


Personal Data Policy

  • Transaction data (billing, delivery, payments, returns).
