Return and Refund Policy

loqua.marketing is committed to transparency and rigor in the provision of its services, offering a clear return and refund policy applicable to all contracted services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following services provided by loqua.marketing:
- MKT GO Plan 💪
- Marketing and technology stack implementation
- Standalone consulting, training, branding, automation, design, campaign, and development services.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The client may terminate the contract within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the start of services, without justification, provided that:
- The termination is communicated in writing to info@loqua.marketing;
- The services have not been fully executed or irreversibly customized;
- The client agrees to pay proportionally for non-recoverable costs previously approved (e.g., domain registrations, printing services, third-party design or development).
3. Non-Refundable Services
After formal acceptance of the proposal and commencement of execution, all customized services are considered non-refundable, in accordance with Article 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. Payment and Refund Conditions
- loqua.marketing may request advance or partial payments depending on the contracted service.
- For monthly maintenance contracts, cancellation requires 15 days’ notice. No refunds will be issued for already invoiced fees.
- Valid refunds will be processed within 30 days after acceptance of the termination request.
